Rasa /ˈrʌsəː/ literally means juice, essence or taste. The agreeable quality of something, especially the emotional or aesthetic impression of a work of art

Rasa is the combined effort of Emma and Andy. They make wine in the Barossa Valley, on Peramangk and Ngadjuri country.
They are proud to produce natural wines from grapes that are grown with the same thoughtful practices.

The couple gravitate towards using the old varieties of the area like Muscat, Semillion, Riesling, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cinsault.
Their wines tend to be savoury and it is their hope that they walk the line between being complex and approachable.
Emma and Andy are motivated to express a sense of place through their wines, help to preserve the important grape growing history of this region, and amplify sustainable wine growing practices for the future of our industry.
