The 2025 Adelina Polish Hill River Riesling is sourced from the Hill River Estate in Clare’s elevated Polish Hill River subregion, where 25-year-old vines grow at 460m on grey-brown loam over shale and sandy limestone with a gentle southerly aspect.

Harvested in the cool of the morning, the fruit is destemmed, crushed, and pressed, with only the free-run juice retained. Fermentation proceeds at cool temperatures to dryness, preserving purity and precision.

In the glass, it shows a fine, lifted aromatic profile with bright citrus and floral notes. The palate is tightly wound and refreshing, driven by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral edge, reflecting both site and careful handling in the winery.
