Running With Bulls wine is born from the bold philosophy of the Hill-Smith Family: "Leave the sheep and run with the bulls." This adventurous spirit first manifested in 2008 with the introduction of Tempranillo, followed by Garnacha and a celebration of ‘chilled reds.’ Rejecting the status quo, they created something uniquely brilliant.
Winemaker Sam Wigan draws inspiration from gatherings of friends and family, where great food, wine, and conversation come together. Raised on Barossa soil and enriched by experiences in California, New Zealand, and France, Sam embraces the challenges of alternative varietals. With Running With Bulls, he invites you to join the celebration and, unapologetically, Buck Tradition.
