Grenache Mourvèdre Syrah Carignan

Mosaic of Dreams is a contemporary expression of structure and finesse, inspired by the sun-drenched Mediterranean coastline of southern France. This Grenache-led blend artfully weaves together the soft spice of Mourvèdre, the refined elegance of Syrah, and the plush, generous fruit of Carignan.

The 2022 vintage opens with an aromatic allure—subtle spring field flowers and wild berries float above a foundation of savoury spice, gradually unfolding into herbaceous, amaro-like bitters.

On the palate, vibrant red fruits make the first impression, ripe and inviting, followed by an undercurrent of delicate, riverbed silt. Confectionery sweetness and savoury depth are perfectly tessellated, held together by a gentle chew of soft tannins. The flavours linger subconsciously, long after the glass is empty—inviting contemplation. Where does one begin, and how does one stop?
