This 2024 Barossa Nero d’Avola was sourced from vineyards on the western ridge of the Barossa. Naturally vigorous and suited to Mediterranean climates, Nero d’Avola soaks up the sunshine while retaining acidity and freshness.
Made in a ‘joven’ style without any oak maturation which allows the natural fruit characters of this grape variety to shine. This wine was vinified through the historic 1888 Gravity Cellar which is highly regarded for its small batch format and gentle maceration. Built into the hillside on a series of terraces, gravity guides the flow of fruit down through the winery to deliver gentle extraction of colour, flavour, and tannin.

Youthful and vibrant crimson. Pure and focused red and purple fruits. A juicy wine with a savory edge, featuring typical fresh acidity and gritty terra cotta tannins.
