Smiling Samoyed
Smiling Samoyed Brewery is a family-owned award winning brewery. Smiling Samoyed Brewery was founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, Simon Dunstone and Kate Henning, after a home brewing hobby got out of control.
Every single drop of Smiling Samoyed beer, in both kegs or in bottles, has been made and packaged on site at Myponga. Visitors can see the brewery through a window from the dining room and can even see the brewers in action on the brew-house on occasion.
The brewery is named after Simon and Kate’s Samoyed dogs who have become much-loved mascots at the brewery. The original ’12 Paws’ of the brewery were Mia, Cooper and Poppet. The brewery and brewery bar quickly earned a reputation for excellent craft beers, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere.
