The Lucius Fiano 2025 is sourced from a single vineyard on the North Para Ridge at Gomersal in the Barossa Valley. A dry, warm growing season allowed slow, even ripening, delivering fruit with natural acidity and clarity. The grapes were harvested early, cool-pressed and fermented in stainless steel, with a short period on light lees before early bottling to retain freshness and precision.

Pale straw with green highlights, the wine shows aromas of citrus blossom, white pear and fresh herbs, with subtle notes of kaffir lime and wet stone. The palate is structured and elegant, featuring lemon pith, a gentle saline edge and bright, linear acidity. Fine lees texture adds depth without sacrificing vibrancy, resulting in a poised and purposeful Fiano.
