The 2024 Emma Sparkling is the only wine in the Raidis Estate range not entirely estate-grown—but it still carries the unmistakable spirit of Kefi. This elegant sparkling is a carefully crafted blend, combining vibrant Chardonnay from a premium Coonawarra vineyard with barrel-fermented Pinot Gris from Raidis Estate itself.

The Chardonnay lends finesse, energy, and a crisp backbone of citrus and green apple, while the Pinot Gris contributes its hallmark creaminess and luxurious texture, developed through time spent in oak. The result is a fresh, refined sparkling wine that dances across the palate with bright acidity and a smooth, rounded finish.

Aromas of lemon curd, white stone fruit, and subtle toasted brioche rise from the glass. On the palate, zesty citrus intertwines with creamy pear notes and a delicate touch of nuttiness, creating a complex and satisfying experience.
