Spring Seed 'Poppy' Pinot Grigio 2025 - 6 Pack
Poppy has a fresh nose showing pear, cut grass and wholesome apple pie! Pretty lemon and lime on the palate with a juicy, fresh finish.
The Poppy is a light, fresh, bright style of Grigio rather than a more textural, complex Gris style (they are the same varieties btw), so more Friuli in north-eastern Italy than Alsace in France.
Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, and they chill the tanks to make sure the grapes go through a very cool fermentation. Once the wine has settled and is bright it is bottled.
