2023 was a very long and cool season producing elegant, well-structured wines. The fruit was picked in small parcels at differing levels of ripeness, resulting in a wine with fine structure.
Partial barrel fermentation in seasoned French oak, combined with regular bâttonage, creates an enticingly textural Pinot Gris with lifted pear, citrus and rose petal aromas.
