A brand new release from the stunning 2025 vintage in McLaren Vale. Whole berries were retained after destemming the bunches (no crushing took place), before a cool, open top fermentation. Fermented slowly for 25 days on skins and then basket pressed to seasoned French Hogsheads for 8 months of maturation.
Vibrant cherry, dried herbs, earthy spices, lighter and playful.
Vegan friendly.
