Clear, bright and lucent with green tinges and a slight effervescence. The nose is marked with a fragrant and layered perfume of elderflower, floral blossom, lemon citrus and fresh nectarine. On the palate flavours of white peach, and tropical mangosteen are added and accompanied by a subtle intriguing spicy back note.

A slight textural fullness derived from some retained natural grape sugar is tempered by the early arrival of a fresh acid frame and focused line of travel. All this ensures a delicate, balanced feel to the wine and a genuine sense of refreshment for the drinker. The wine finishes fresh and crisp.
