PALATE: Elegant and finely textured on the palate. Pristine fruit flavours of ripe pear and stone fruits, backed by a crunchy apple energy, finishing lingering and mouth-watering.

The Wines are about fruit and vineyard expression. Tash aims for mouthfeel and drinkability without high alcohol. Picked early for lower alcohol by nature, and to enhance drinkability and longevity. The key point to Pinot Gris is mid palate texture and richness. The team work this in the winery by allowing the juice to stay on full solids for a week before starting the ferment.
