This modern, fruit-driven Shiraz highlights a lighter, brighter expression of the Barossa Valley, crafted for enjoyment while young. The 2022 vintage benefited from excellent rainfall and a cool, dry summer, creating ideal ripening conditions that produced wines with exceptional balance, flavour, and intensity. Select vineyard blocks were chosen for their aromatic lift and spice, with 15% whole-bunch fermentation adding structure and complexity. Maturation in seasoned oak allowed the vibrant fruit to remain the focus, resulting in a fresh and layered style of Barossa Shiraz.

The wine opens with juicy aromas of dark berries, blueberry, and pepper spice, complemented by hints of dried herbs and game. Medium-bodied and smooth, the palate is supported by fine, supple tannins that carry through to a long, balanced finish. Bright, approachable, and delicious, it’s a contemporary Shiraz best enjoyed now.
