Woodstock Shiraz, the region’s flagship variety, is sourced from Woodstock Estate and nearby Blewitt Springs vineyards in McLaren Vale. The cooler, breezy microclimate and sandy, undulating soils allow vines to develop deep roots and ripen slowly, producing elegant, full-flavoured Shiraz with balanced structure and concentration.

Fermented on skins for at least five days with regular pump-overs, the wine is then matured mainly in stainless steel, with a small portion aged in older oak for up to 12 months. Brilliant crimson in colour, it displays vibrant cherry and plum aromas, earthy red fruit on the palate, white pepper spice, and soft tannins.

Bright and elegant, it will cellar gracefully for 5–10 years and pairs beautifully with char-grilled lamb, cured meats, or smoked cheddar.
