Douglas Collett A.M., a WWII Spitfire pilot, gained a unique perspective on European vineyards and returned to Australia inspired to develop the local table wine industry. Driven by vision and perseverance, he planted numerous vineyards across regions, ultimately acquiring Woodstock Estate in McLaren Vale in 1973. His flight helmet symbolizes his passion and optimistic philosophy: “the glass is always half full—so let’s fill it up!”

The wine displays vibrant, youthful fruit aromas with subtle oak complexity, leading to a luscious, lingering palate.
