It's time to meet Lauren Hansen, an innovative winemaker in the Coonawarra wine region, leading a new generation of creative winemakers. After graduating as dux of her viticulture and oenology degree, she gained experience in wine regions across South Australia, Victoria, New Zealand, and Austria.
In 2015, she returned to Coonawarra, where she worked at Balnaves of Coonawarra and Penley Estate.

With her labrador Morrie by her side, she's crafting experimental wines that signal a new era for the region.

 Lauren is passionate about pushing boundaries in winemaking and values showcasing the vineyard’s potential, believing that winemaking is about letting the grapes shine and truly reflecting the place they come from!
