The original sinspiration Bowden Brewing fell in love with WCIPA’s on their first US roadtrip. Now they have thrown caution to the trade winds, tossed asunder their jobs, and dived headfirst into the unknown. They have brewed this impression of a true West (is best) Coast IPA, full of all those lingering memories and flavours. Just as the forest hugs the coastline, this pairs a big green bitter hit and resiny pine, with fresh citrus, tropical fruits, and even hints of floral blossoms for those that get that far south. Refreshing like a dip in the Pacific, but with the boldness you’d expect from a yank. Take the plunge.
