A meeting point of seasons, Equinox leans into balance through intensity—where brightness and depth collide in a fully saturated haze. Pouring a dense, glowing gold with a thick, pillowy head, it opens with an explosive hit of citrus, white grape, and ripe tropical fruit.

Citra sets the tone with juicy mango and soft citrus, while layers of Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka bring unmistakable notes of gooseberry, sauv blanc, and pulpy stone fruit. Pushed further with Nelson Sauvin Amplifire and Amplifire Oil, the aromatics are dialled all the way up—lush, vinous, and intensely expressive. The intense hop load is made possible thanks to the most specialty malt we have ever put into an IPA, pushing the brewhouse to its limit with excessive amounts of rolled wheat, malted oats and dextrin malt to build a plush foundation.
