The Vine Mind Riesling 2023 hails from the White Hutt sub-region, where 22-year-old vines thrive in heavy loam and red terra rossa soils. Situated at an elevation of 427 meters, the vineyard imparts its unique character to the grapes.

Carefully tended, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before pressing, setting the stage for a cool fermentation guided by selected yeast strains. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 10-month aging process in concrete, allowing its essence to develop fully.

Upon the first sip, it's evident that this Riesling embodies freshness and vitality. A crisp, clean, and racy style dominates, with zesty citrus notes dancing alongside delicate white flowers and hints of lime. The palate reveals a pleasing texture, balanced by focused acidity that carries through to a talc-like finish, leaving a refreshing and memorable impression.
