Paul (aka Loverman) is a revolutionary winemaker out of the Adelaide Hills. He has forged his unique style in the tradition of the Travelling Winemaker. Working fifteen vintages back-to-back across the globe in a combination of great Old World and New World regions; Sonoma Valley, the Mosel, Margaret River, Douro Valley and Marlborough - to name a few.
He has settled on the Adelaide Hills to craft his detailed and textural wines. Focusing alternative varietals, traditional techniques and minimal intervention, this project was born of a need to create exciting and original wines that reflect both their terroir and the aesthetic sensibilities of their maker.
