Wangolina

Wangolina is situated between the coastal towns of Kingston SE & Robe in the Mt Benson region, which is a part of the broader Limestone Coast wine region, South Australia. Renowned for limestone and terra rossa soils that combine with a maritime, cool climate our little region produces wines of exceptional quality, interest and character. Established in 1999 Wangolina has become the home and the heart of Mt Benson.

Anita Goode has been a 'part of the fabric' at Wangolina since inception, working in every facet of the family business. Graduating with an Oenology degree at Adelaide University in 2001, she went on to work consecutive vintages overseas and within Australia to broaden her knowledge, exposure and experience before returning to her home in Mt Benson. Taking the reins as sole Owner/ Director in 2013, she has continued to evolve the Wangolina range and vineyard plantings to capitalise on the cool climate regionality and coastal capabilites of Mt Benson.

Anita wears many hats at Wangolina; winemaker, vineyard manager and farmer to her 700 acre cattle farm. All of these roles she fulfils with passion, pride and dedication.
