"All barrel ferment in a mix of new and seasoned oak. Yellow peach and nectarine, ripe pear, toasted hazelnut, nougat, salted praline and crème brûlée. It’s always a flavourful style – but perhaps a little more so this vintage – dusted with oak spices, creamy in the mid-palate, yet not too much, with plenty of zest and tension to close."
