Visuals: Clear, dark ruby/copper in color with an off-white head.
Aroma: Moderate malt richness of toasted rye bread and pretzels.
Flavour: Upfront malt richness of toasted rye, pretzel, roasted nuts and pie crust. Bitterness is restrained and fermentation is clean.
