Helles is a light, bright beer that was developed in Munich in the late 1800s in response to the clean, crisp Czech Pilsener that was sweeping across Europe at the time. This Helles is lagered in tank for a minimum of 6 weeks to produce ready aromatics and a crisp, slight sweet finish.
