A clean, hoppy, session-able beer. Like a German pils kellerbier, but fermented slightly warmer and dry hopped to enhance the hoppy characteristics.

Visuals: Straw to light gold hues and a slight haze, with a white foamy head.
Aroma: Straw, geranium, floral, lemongrass
Flavour: Straw and lemongrass like notes balance with a grainy, bready, light honey and slightly stewed apple character, with an assertive bitterness throughout.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, moderate carbonation with a dry, lingering bitter finish.
