The Pinot Gris was handpicked and whole bunch pressed, a small parcel was transferred to older French oak and underwent indigenous yeast ferment with the balance fermented in stainless steel. Both the tank and barrels were lees stirred on a regular basis to build mouthfeel and complexity.

Pale colour, aromas of nashi pear, florals with hints of apple make it difficult to take your nose out of the glass. Palate gives florals and pear with lemon notes giving great balance to the natural textural elements of this variety. The natural acidity that this cool area provides adds liveliness and persistence to this wine.
