Saint Nic is a rich and spicy blend named after his bright and affable only son.

Blackberry, licorice, dried herbs and savoury meats lead the way, gradually lifting to reveal brighter red fruits and a touch of floral perfume. An inviting and complex nose with great appeal.

The palate shows real depth and warmth, with dark fruit flavours and a rich, generous mouthfeel. Blueberry notes add brightness and vibrancy. Acidity is well-balanced, giving a clean, even finish.

Aged for 12 months in seasoned American oak puncheons.
