If it's freshness you're looking for, with some energy and fun, this wine is just for you. It's a rose made using only Pinot Noir, so you know it's going to be a light, fragrant and juicy thing. But it has taken inspiration from the roses of Italy rather than France, so expect a bit more texture and body.

The wine saw three days of skin contact and was fermented in older oak, which has resulted in a beautiful texture and weight. Macerated strawberries run riot throughout the wine, with dried rose petals and thyme for some added savouriness. It's gorgeous and it's fun. Drink it now, drink it chilled and drink it outside.
