We love West Coast IPAs because they are shamelessly crisp, pale & bitter. In keeping with the theme of this style, we utilised three hop varieties grown in the north-west of the US; Chinook, Idaho 7 & Citra. They deliver a punchy blend of zesty citrus and pine needles, with a sticky resinous quality that coincides perfectly with the upfront bitterness.
