Sourced from two select vineyards in McLaren Vale, this Shiraz is crafted with care. The grapes were fermented in small open fermenters, then pressed using winemaker Mike’s preferred basket press. The wine was aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels for 12 months, enhancing its depth and structure.
