These 3 wines are some of our favourite Mollydooker creations and include a Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz/Cabernet/Merlot Blend. Mollydooker wines from McLaren Vale are powerful wines of great quality that are testament to the hard work expended in the vineyard through to the final bottling. Mollydooker follow a strict watering regime to consistently produce outstanding wines from one vintage to the next that creates the perfect "Marquis Fruit Weight". This fruit weight is the culmination of balance between the wines tannins, alcohol and acid to cread a velvety sensation on the palate.

When opening these wines use the "Mollydooker Shake" for maximum enjoyment.
