The Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling 2024 is a pristine and finely detailed Clare Valley Riesling, opening with lifted aromas of lemon, lime and crisp green apple alongside white florals, honeysuckle and subtle ginger spice. Delicate notes of talc, chalk and crushed stone add an appealing mineral character and complexity.

The palate is concentrated yet beautifully precise, with lemon and lime citrus, green apple and pear carried by a taut line of natural acidity. Hints of grapefruit pith and ginger provide additional bite, while a fine chalky, saline texture gives the wine both depth and definition.

Energetic, pure and exceptionally long, it balances generous fruit concentration with refreshing acidity and mineral tension. The finish is crisp, citrus-driven and persistent, with the structure and intensity to develop beautifully with extended bottle age.
