Bright ruby. Hints of dried sage and spice, with blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and chocolate aromas. Medium bodied with juicy concentrated red and blueberry fruit. Earthy spice with subtle cedar oak lift, balanced acidity and silky smooth tannins.

Fruit is sourced from vines planted in 2016 at Neil and Heather Grace’s Home Block vineyard in Watervale, Clare Valley. Heavy loam over limestone.

Following harvest, the wine underwent a 14-day fermentation process, with an additional 10 days of post-fermentation maceration to enhance its complexity and structure. The wine was then matured for 9 months, with 50% of the aging taking place in one- and two-year-old oak barrels.
