Vibrant in colour with deep purple hues. Layered with dark fruits and delicate florals and integrated cedar spice. A fine, balanced body is supported by a refined, chalky tannin profile that adds structure and length.

Full-bodied and richly textured, bursting with concentrated red and black berry flavours. Layers of violet and spice unfold over a core of plush fruit, framed by fine, powdery tannins. The youthful acidity brings vibrancy and balance, driving through to a long, powerful finish.

This Saperavi began with a simple offer from a local grower who approached Jack with access to a standout parcel of fruit. A handshake sealed the deal, and from there the project took on a life of its own. Jack and Assistant Winemaker Viv were immediately drawn to the variety’s intensity – the vibrant purple hue, the lift of violets, and the deep black-plum and mulberry aromatics that showed real promise from the outset.
