Fragrant red berries, plum and dried herbs lead into hints of spice, liquorice and earthy savouriness. The palate is light on its feet with juicy fruit, fresh acidity and fine, gently grippy tannins. Savoury, energetic and seriously drinkable, with enough structure to keep things interesting.

A great candidate for a slight chill and an easy match with pizza, charcuterie or anything off the grill.
