The Vine Mind Shiraz and Friends 2022 is a captivating blend, uniting Shiraz with its esteemed companions Grenache, Mataro, and Malbec. Hailing from the Spring Farm sub-region, the vines span generations, ranging from 5 to 100 years old. Thriving in predominantly red sand atop a clay base, infused with nuances of lime and slate, the vineyard sits proudly at 450 meters elevation.

Crafted with precision, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before undergoing a cool fermentation in concrete vats, guided by selected yeast strains. Following fermentation, the wine matures gracefully in neutral oak for 16 months, allowing its character to flourish.

Upon the nose, aromas of violets, cassia, ink, and roses intertwine, inviting anticipation. The palate is a revelation: a plump mid-palate of crunchy damson plums and cocoa unveils itself, offering a textural, velvety experience that is as indulgent as it is alluring.
