Consistently produced and grown in the Mt Benson region within the Limestone Coast, their Sauvignon Blanc is their most awarded wine and a style they are immensely proud of. It is perfect with fresh oysters and shell-on prawns.

The 2023 vintage saw Sauvignon Blanc as one of the standout varieties in their winery, with levels of detail in the fruit they hadn't seen since 2008, and 2004 before that. The more traditionally cool, slow ripening vintage in Mt Benson showcased this wine with plenty of crispy natural acidity, the hallmark generosity of tropical character, and layers of complexity.

The wine exhibits aromas of passionfruit, dried grass, lime, and gooseberry. Its nose is powerful and intense, carrying through to a tropical palate of papaya, green pineapple, passionfruit, and lemon rind. The palate remains clean, crisp, and deceptively dry, thanks to some snappy acidity.
