Sourced from the picturesque 35-year-old Grenache vines nestled in the Adelaide Hills, this Rose boasts the distinction of being crafted from the oldest Grenache vines in the region. To augment its allure, approximately 20% Pinot Gris grapes from the same vineyard are introduced, imparting a delightful lusciousness to the mid-palate of the wine.

Guided by the expertise of a mentor vigneron from Provence, the winemaking process aims to encapsulate the essence of the Provencal style, incorporating time-honored techniques. The approach involves a cold harvest, followed by cold stabilization before fermentation—an artisanal method utilizing juice lees to infuse power and texture. The fermentation itself is conducted at cooler temperatures, contributing to the desired texture and a delicate balance between phenolics and acidity that characterizes the envisioned style of the wine.
