Vibrant, juicy and pure Shiraz. Plums and cherries with spice, dark chocolate and mint. Wonderful texture and balance.
Vineyards in the Armagh and Sevenhill sub regions. Altitude between 420 and 470 metres above sea level. Sustainably farmed vineyards.
Small batch ferment, on skins for 10 days. Pressed to tank on fine lees for settling. Racked to oak for 12 months – 3 to 5 year old barrels. 50% French, 50% American hogsheads.
