With lovely aromatics of blackberries, dried figs, mint chocolate and classic Clare Valley Earthiness. Our Shiraz is bright, punchy, complex with a supple pallet. Extraordinarily fine, structured tannins make this wine perfect to drink now but will cellar perfectly for up to 10 years.

Armagh, Clare Valley

North-west-facing sandy gravel slope, elevated at 400 metres above sea level. The position ensures maximum sun exposure, resulting in fully ripe fruit. Fruit de-stemmed with cold maceration for 2 days. 9 day fermentation on skins, pumped over 3 times a day. Basket pressed into a combination of Old French Oak Hogsheads and small tanks(to retain freshness). Components blended to create final wine.
