The brainchild of two good friends - the doctor and the winemaker. The mission is to make a structural and stylistically driven wine from the very best parcels of fruit and oak. The 2012 Good Doctor’s Tonic maintains this stylistic ethos, with fruit weight and ripeness, integrated acidity and layered tannins to create a wine of intensity and length.

The classic Australian blend with a twist was maintained (Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, with Tannat), but now sourcing cabernet and shiraz from The Good Doctor’s spiritual vineyard and home, Paeroa Vineyard in the ancient Willunga foothills. Continuing to lean back to the old school, the antithesis of drink now wine, The Good Doctor’s Tonic is something to admire in its’ youth, and truly indulge in with the fullness of time.
