The wine shows intense herbacious aromas with red and black fruits which then translates to the palate which is fresh and supple with great length.
The Fruit was picked on the 16th April. Fermented in open fermenters and hand plunged. Alcoholic and malo ferments were spontaneous with indigenous yeast/bacteria. Kept on skins for a period of 42 days. Pressed to french oak and aged in barrel for a period of 14 months.
