This classic Dry Apera was sourced from the historic treasure trove of fortified wine at Seppeltsfield. This Amontillado blend consists of DP116 (Aged Flor Apera) and DP117 (Dry Flor Apera).
AROMA: Lifted, complex and densely packed – honeyed almonds, toasted nuts, toffee and woody spice.
PALATE: Rich and undeniably dry, with vibrant acidity and a long saline finish.
WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS: The wine is dry and full of flavour, wood aged, showcasing great length.
