A homage to the great Sauvignon blanc's produced in this country! Gareth won't deny it, they love Sauvignon blanc and hope this reflects their take at a pure expression of what the region can produce. Barrel fermented with full malolactic fermentation from super vineyard sites in the heart of Piccadilly as well as a new site in Balhannah.

Vinification: 100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to neutral French barriques and hogsheads for eight months.
