The 2024 Yoyo Pinot Grigio is sourced from the Caskadu Vineyard in Wrattonbully, South Australia—a cool, limestone-rich region reminiscent of Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the homeland of this variety. Fruit was picked early to preserve natural acidity and freshness. Grapes were gently pressed within hours of harvest to minimise colour and phenolic extraction, then cool-fermented in stainless steel to maintain vibrancy and crisp aromatics. 

Pale gold with a green hue, the 2024 Yoyo Pinot Grigio shows aromas of fresh Beurre Bosc pear and wild strawberry. The palate is bright and delicate, offering flavours of green apple, fennel bulb, and fragrant musk.
Best enjoyed now through to 2028, it pairs perfectly with fish tacos and mango salsa!
