AGEING POTENTIAL
Crafted from selected rows on their highest-altitude block, Our Love Over Grenache hails from one of South Australia's loftiest Grenache vineyards, situated at 545 meters. Planted in 1997, these slow-ripening bush vine Grenache grapes were carefully handpicked on March 30. The resulting 1,298kg harvest underwent destemming and was then gently poured into a one-tonne fermenter. Through a delicate pump-over and slow extraction process, the grapes achieved full dryness. Subsequently, only the free runs found their way into a three-year-old French oak barrel.

This meticulously crafted wine unfolds with vibrant notes of spice, pepper, and mace, complementing the backdrop of dark cherry fruits. The palate, characterized by a soft texture, reveals extremely precise and thin tannins that tenderly caress the palate. These tannins persist, delivering a sense of freshness and intensity throughout the tasting experience. Our Love Over Grenache epitomizes a winemaking journey that captures the essence of its elevated origins.
