After earning an Honours degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Adelaide, he settled in the Adelaide Hills to create expressive, modern wines using traditional, hands-on techniques. Loverman Wines focuses on small-batch, natural ferments, gravity-flow winemaking, and minimal intervention, showcasing the unique terroirs of the region through unfiltered, un-fined wines crafted with simplicity and care.
