100% Chardonnay. The wine was matured on lees for 6 years. A distinctly savoury and dry sparkling wine loaded with brioche, salted cashew, saline minerality, dried and fresh green apple, touches of cinnamon toast and some light nougat sweet-savouriness.

Beautiful, savoury-sweet perfume in tow. Very complex and layered with vividly frisky bubbles. A serious and distinct sparkling wine with intensity at its heart.
