The 2025 Barossa Grenache is youthful, with medium weight, a core of pure fruit and lithe tannins.

This wine is sourced from vineyards on the western ridge of the Barossa. Careful and frequent vineyard assessments are conducted during the ripening phase post-veraison to ensure a perfect balance between flavour, sugar, and phenological ripeness.

The 2025 Barossa Grenache is made in a ‘joven’ style without any oak maturation which allows the natural fruit characters of this grape variety to shine. This wine was vinified through the historic 1888 Gravity Cellar– which is highly regarded for its small batch format and gentle maceration. Built into the hillside on a series of terraces, gravity guides the flow of fruit down through the winery to deliver gentle extraction of colour, flavour, and tannin.
